Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
This policy covers this website. It is a marketing site provided by Vig App LLC.
It does not cover the Vig app. The app is not publicly available, it handles different and more sensitive information, and it will have its own policy before anyone outside our team can use it. Nothing on this page is a statement about what the app does.
What this site collects
Your email address, if you join the waitlist. That is the only information this site asks you for, and the form has one field.
We do not record which page you signed up from, how you arrived, what you clicked, or any campaign or referral tag. We are not being modest about this — the code that receives your address stores the address and discards everything else.
We never ask you anything about gambling here. Not how often, not how much, not whether it is a problem for you. A question like that on a public web page would be health information, and this site is built so there is nowhere for such an answer to go.
What happens to your email address
It is stored with Resend, an email service we use to hold the list, in a separate list of its own so it is never mixed up with another product’s. Resend holds it on our behalf and does not use it for anything of their own.
The account we hold that list in is operated by an affiliated company in our group. We are telling you because it is true, not because it changes what happens to your address: it is used to email you about Vig and for nothing else.
We do not sell your email address, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not put it into any advertising or ad-targeting platform.
We keep it until Vig launches and you have had the chance to hear about it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Things this site does not do
No analytics and no session recording. We do not measure how you move around this page, and there is no analytics or session-replay tool here. This is not a setting we have chosen and could quietly change — the site is configured to refuse connections to other companies’ servers, which is what makes it true rather than promised.
One exception, and it only runs when you press the button. To stop scripts and bots filling in the waitlist form, we run a bot check from Vercel, who already host this site. It looks at your browser at the moment you submit, to tell a person from a machine. It is set to the most limited level available, it does not follow you between pages or between sites, and it runs before your email address is read, so it never sees it. Because it is served and passed on by this site, your browser still does not connect to another company’s server.
No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not set a cookie to follow you, and nothing here reports your visit to a social network or an ad network.
Nothing is inferred about you. Being on a waitlist for a gambling-support product says nothing about you that we record, profile, or act on.
Global Privacy Control, and selling or sharing
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal, which is a universal request not to have your personal information sold or shared. We honor it.
In practice there is nothing here for it to switch off, and we would rather say that than imply we turned something off for you. This site does not sell your information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, does not use it for targeted advertising, and does not profile you. A signal asking us to stop doing those things arrives at a site that was never doing them.
Technical information
Vercel serves this website and, like any web host, keeps short-term technical logs to operate and secure it. Those can include your IP address and the page requested.
When you submit the waitlist form we also briefly use your IP address to stop one person or machine submitting hundreds of times. It is held in memory for a minute and is not written to any record or stored with your email address.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your address, or send you a copy of it. Email privacy@vig.app and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form.
Because the only thing we hold is the address you gave us, deleting it removes you from the list completely. Every email we send will also carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information, including to object to how it is used. Write to the same address and we will honor them.
Children
Vig is for adults. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect a child’s email address. If you believe we have one, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes, and how to reach us
If we change what this site collects, we will change this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
