These terms cover this website, provided by Vig App LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

They do not cover the Vig app. The app is not publicly available and will have its own terms before anyone outside our team can use it.

You can read about what we are building and give us your email address if you want to hear when it is ready. That is everything the site does. There is no account, no login, no purchase and no software to download here.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not reserve anything. It does not entitle you to access, to a price, or to a place in a queue. We may change what we are building, or stop building it.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind between you and us.

This site cannot respond to a crisis and nobody is monitoring it. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or one of the helplines. Those are run by other organizations, they are not ours, and we do not control what they do or whether they are available.

If you are getting help from a clinician or a support program, nothing here is a reason to stop or change it.

Where this site shows a figure worked out from numbers you type in, it is an illustration of arithmetic and nothing more. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, and not a prediction about your situation. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored.

Please do not:

• submit an email address that is not yours, or that you are not entitled to give us;
• try to break, overload, scrape or probe the site or the waitlist form;
• copy the site’s text, design or code for your own product.

The content, design and code of this site belong to Vig App LLC. Names and trademarks belonging to other companies are theirs, and mentioning one does not mean they are connected with us or endorse us.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be either. It is provided as it is, without warranties, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vig App LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

If we change these terms we will change this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you are agreeing to the new version.
